Synopsis:

This is a story about the burden of family heritage. It starts when María Jose while in exile, finds a letter that her father wrote her 30 years ago. She realizes that no matter how far she runs away, she can’t escape his ghost. Twenty years after his murder, she is now prepared to lift the veil and disclose a chapter of her own country’s history that somehow had been muted by violence and fear.
